Frank Howard, Managing Director
Frank has now been working within the Agricultural Chemical Industry for 35 years. Born and raised in Stockport, Frank is a keen promoter of business within the area due to his former role as President of Stockport Chamber of Commerce. As Managing Director of Hockley International Ltd, Frank participates in all aspects of the business and complements his extensive sales experience with a strong technical background whilst also continuing to develop Hockley’s presence and reputation within our Industry.
